Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Miss Me purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is fully processed.
